Reporting to the executive division are three operational divisions, each with a specific focus, supporting CSO’s mission to provide the support necessary to empower people struggling with mental illness to define and pursue their life goals.
The Executive Division is responsible for the day-to-day executive management of the organization.

The Contract Services Division is certified by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) to provide Mental Health Services, and is the focal point for all CSO residential, day and rehabilitative services. This division provides clubhouse services, day rehabilitation services and community support services to adults and children to assist individuals deal with their mental illnesses in the community.

The Outpatient, and Emergency Services Division provides 24hour Emergency services (Crisis and Respite), urgent care services and outpatient services, ensuring continuum of care for the adults and children requiring mental health services. This division is the home of Elder Peer Services, a program funded by the United Way of Franklin County and FCHC.
